Refread is a web-based digital library platform, which facilitates multiple searches across multiple sources and enables a common access point for its users.

Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on Refread, under these Terms, RSPL and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in Refread, and all such rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited license only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on Refread.
RSPL is the owner of all proprietary rights in its respective trademarks and logos, and you agree not to use such marks for any purpose without the prior written consent of RSPL.

This information is collected through the Refread registration form or the Facebook Authentication API or Googla Authentication API. (b) When you view and interact with Refread pages, features, and functionality. (c) Through cookies and Public IP address range.
We use the information you provide to: (a) Recognize you, administer your account with us and customize the service experience. (b) Enable you to share your information and communicate with other Users. (c) Send you service or promotional communications through email or publish notices on Refread. (d) Connect you to opportunities by enabling other professionals to find you on Refread. (e) Create and distribute advertising relevant to your experience on Refread. Refread may use your actions like sign-In, search and social actions to create social ads using your profile photo and name.
Your Content

Refread is provided “as is,” with all faults, and RSPL makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on Refread. Additionally, nothing contained on Refread shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you. You agree to cooperate at any time when RSPL decides to bring down its network and interrupt access to Refread to perform necessary maintenance and/or network upgrades.

Severability

Assignment
RSPL shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, .you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The law governing this Agreement shall be the laws of India and Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder.
